Well check out this company from Iceland “Reyka Vodka”. What so unique and green about this company is that distillery uses 100% geothermal energy, from the steams of numerous hot springs in Iceland! I found this to be very clever idea by using their renewable natural resource. Steams are transported by stainless pipe, filtrations done by trees instead of Charcoal, and uses local lava rocks.
I would love to see neighboring country like Russia get into sustainable alcohol business!
