We developed a new type of sign-plate using photo luminescent material (PLM), which radiates long hours during the night time without electricity and is able to show sentences. Since this new technology is focused on this original advantage and radiation lasts as long as 15 hours, it will be useful for various purposes, such as disaster prevention equipments, city sign-board, guide, indoor guide, electricity saving switching-off guiding in the factory etc. This illumination does not hold any heat; it also contributes to prevention of global warming, reduction of CO2 emission, conservation of resources etc.
